Had a log burner fitted in March 2024. Leaking flue collar, missing stove parts, building regs ignored, formal.complaint lodged with HETAS No aftercare once they're paid, petulance seems to take pride over doing the right thing. Legal advice sought, legal battle to commence. Building regs informed.
